New Student Registration Form

Registration & Lesson Schedule Policy:

1. All registered lessons for the current school year (August - May) must be completed within the school year. Any make-up lessons must be completed by the end of July during the respective year. No refunds will be given for any lessons that are not completed, and lessons are non-transferable.

2. Please refer to our music school calendar for important dates including holidays, recitals, and monthly tuition due dates.

3. All registered summer lessons must be completed before the new school year begins in August.

Rescheduling & Make-up Lesson Policy:

1. Students are allowed to reschedule/make-up their private lesson up to three times per school calendar year (August - May).

2. If you need to reschedule your lesson, please notify your teacher as soon as possible. Make-up lessons are only provided when at least 24-hour advance notice is given to your teacher via email or text message.

3. Make-up lessons must be completed within one month of the missed lesson date; otherwise it may be forfeited. It is the responsibility of the student to contact the teacher to arrange the make-up lesson date and time.

4. If the teacher is absent, a make-up lesson will be scheduled at a mutually convenient date and time.

*Out of respect for our teachers' time, our cancellation and make-up lesson policy will be strictly enforced. Thank you for your understanding.

Lesson Withdrawal Policy:

1. In you wish to withdraw from lessons, please submit a Lesson Withdrawal Form. Verbal notices will not be accepted. Please submit the form by the 10th day of the current month to discontinue lessons for the following month. For students under age 18, the withdrawal form must be completed by a parent or guardian.

2. All monthly tuition payments are non-refundable. Once a withdrawal form has been submitted, all remaining lessons must be completed by the end of the last paid month.

3. If you decide to withdraw from lessons and register again at a later date, the $50 registration fee will be applied.

Safety Policy:

1. Parents are responsible for the safety of their children while on the New Heart Christian School of Music premises.

2. The New Heart Christian School of Music, together with New Heart Music Ministries, shall not be held liable for any accident, injury, loss, theft, or damage which might be sustained on our premises in conjunction with any school-related lessons, activities, or functions.

Photos/Images:

The New Heart Christian School of Music and New Heart Music Ministries may use photos/images of your child for future publications or promotional materials, as long as no identifying information is displayed or shown.
