UIL Solo & Ensemble | TMEA Region Clinic

We offer special discounted lesson packages specifically designed to prepare middle and high school students for the UIL Solo & Ensemble and 2026 TMEA Region auditions. These violin and cello private lesson packages and region clinics will help to strengthen fundamentals related to tone production, intonation, rhythm, and musical interpretation. We will also provide technical guidance to improve your bow control, shifting, articulation, and stylistic accuracy. You will also receive audition tips and strategies, including tempo planning and maintaining a confident performance mindset. These lessons will be tailored to each student's level and individual goals to maximize the most of your abilities as you prepare for these important auditions.

2026 TMEA Cello Region Clinician

Samuel is a distinguished performer and teacher, having joined the New Heart Christian School of Music in 2023.

He was the former Co-Principal Cellist of the Valley Symphony, and made his solo debut with the Asociación Filarmónica Coral de Honduras. Recognized as a National Finalist at MTNA’s Collegiate Chamber Music Competition, he received fellowships at the Juilliard Quartet Seminar, McGill International String Quartet Academy, and Norfolk Chamber Music Festival at Yale University.

  • 4-8 students per class

  • Middle School Region clinics will be held on June 20 and August 1 

  • High School Region clinics will be held on July 18 and September 5
